As a child, I dreamed of visiting London. And I can definitely say that it was more beautiful than even my wildest imagination. The memories I carried back with me will remain etched in my mind till the end. From the historic townhouses of Mayfair and Belgravia to the modern apartments along the Thames, the city has a lot to offer.

Beyond the hustle and bustle of the city, the UK’s countryside boasts breathtaking sights. The Cotswolds, with its limestone houses, and the Lake District, with its scenic landscapes, are prime locations for holiday homes and serene retreats.
The UK boasts a broad transport network. The London Underground, regional train services, and airports like Heathrow and Gatwick offered broad connectivity. Even for a foreigner like me, it was very easily accessible, and I didn’t have to struggle.
Cities like Oxford, Cambridge, and Edinburgh are renowned for their universities. And in fact, they are real estate gold mines in my opinion. In places like this, student accommodations, rental properties, and residential developments are in high demand, which offers lucrative investment opportunities.
London’s Canary Wharf and the City are global financial hubs, driving demand for commercial spaces. Meanwhile, high streets in cities and towns across the UK offer vibrant retail property opportunities.
The UK’s decision to leave the EU brought uncertainties to the property market. However, the market’s resilience post-Brexit, coupled with government initiatives and a robust economy, signals a positive trajectory for real estate.
The UK’s robust economy promises a stable and resilient market for the investors and real-estate developers alike. The UK’s beauty and potential made me excited and I would definitely recommend it as an investment destination.

My Journey in Residential Real Estate
I still vividly recall the days when the horizon was adorned with budding homes that symbolized
the dreams of millions. Then came the visionary initiative of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
by the government. Through conversations with my colleagues I became aware of reports from
the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs that highlighted the construction of over 10 million
houses since 2015 (Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs 2023). As we built these homes I could
sense the heartbeat behind our nations aspiration for housing for everyone.
In bustling metropolises like Mumbai and Delhi I’ve also witnessed the emergence of luxury
apartments boasting views and cutting edge amenities. It’s not merely about bricks and mortar;
it’s, about curating experiences.
