Hussain Gheewala
My name is Hussain Fakhruddin Gheewala, a real estate developer hailing from a small remote place called Taherabad (Galiyakot), Dungarpur (Dist.) . I didn’t exactly grow up in a modern neighborhood, and the thought of a human-made structure hovering at the edges of clouds always fascinated me.
However, restrained and discouraged by societal norms, I ventured to complete my MBA studies in international marketing. Though, I always knew there was something calling out to me, a dream that I fought so hard to suppress.
In 2016, I finally collected the resolve to break the shackles binding me, and embarked on my own journey. From then on, my life has been nothing short of an adventure. I had transitioned from a corporate worker who lived like an NPC to a passionate Real-Estate Developer. I had only ambition and a dream to support me – A dream to create something more than a web-work of concrete and sand, to build dreams and to secure the future of people.
And with the power of belief, I strived on, turning barren lands into modern and beautiful urban landscapes. From exquisite luxurious residences and magnificent commercial spaces to affordable housing solutions, I work closely with my team to deliver something beyond the expectations of my clients.

I believe shaping an architectural blueprint into a towering structure is a craft, which demands excellence, finesse, and a vision. Hundreds of happy clients over the years is the testament of the fact that we are the veterans of this craft.
There’s one such accomplishment which holds a special place in my heart – the Ghar Aangan Flats, a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Sanchi Group.
What sets my services apart from the rest is a deep commitment to integrity. I’ve witnessed many developers exploit buyers in the name of investment, offering them static properties with bleak prospects for future returns. In contrast, we not only provide ready-to-move-in homes but also empower our clients with the potential to generate rental income and much more.
I understand that every client has a vision, and to understand and turn that vision into reality is something we work hard for. Be it luxury segment or affordable segment, we have a dedicated team which comprises professionals from various industries to head the Marketing, Technical, HR, Finance, Sales & Customer Relations, Branding, and Legal System. I personally lead the teams, and meticulously consider factors like location to tailor our listings to clients’ unique needs.
Moreover, I truly look forward to the opportunity to interact with my clients. I relish hearing their perspectives and addressing their queries. And we don’t stop at that; we offer guidance even when it’s unsolicited, as I believe in sharing knowledge.
Communication is key, and we provide multiple channels for it. From emails, telecommunications, to physical office. But, I personally prefer talking over a warm cup of tea or coffee in our cozy office.
And I believe in the power of friendship, not only with the clients but also with fellow developers. By forging partnerships, we can provide even better experiences and satisfaction. I’m always open to learning from others, and constantly evolve along with my team.
My current under-development site ‘Kaladwas’ is a place brimming with opportunities, and it’s possible due to the balanced involvement of both the government and private sectors. This dynamic environment offers immense potential for future development.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a food enthusiast and an avid traveler, always eager to explore new horizons.
And if there’s one nugget of wisdom I can offer to anyone considering investment, it’s to always keep an eye on the return on investment (ROI). It’s the bedrock of sound financial decisions.
